The World Needs Cardboard Packaging

Just like you I never used to think much about cardboard. Why would we? Cardboard is just one of those useful materials that gets thrown in the bin as soon as it has served its purpose but that doesn’t mean it is not a very useful material.

Cardboard comes in many strengths and thicknesses and you can do the most remarkable things with it. Temporary housing using treated cardboard? How crazy an idea is that?

Even the humble cardboard box is a clever and useful thing. Can you imagine life without a cardboard box or carton? We use plastics for all sorts of things now but I don’t think it would be suitable for temporary packaging the way cardboard is and when you are done with it, you can recycle it to be used all over again.

The cardboard packaging we use every day helps make the world go round and I cannot imagine life without it.
