We all lead busy lives and everyone suffers from stress to some degree. It could be the stress of having to get homework in on time or the stress of getting to work through the rush hour traffic. There are many forms of stress we experience but that is life and we have to find the best way to cope with it.
While we all suffer from stress that does not mean we all suffer from depression but in many cases we do. They say that one in four people will experience depression in their lifetimes and I can believe that. We all go through certain very difficult to cope with periods in our life and depression is only one small step away for even the most determined of people.

Depression is all down to how we think and how we see the world through our mind. If we can change the way we see things we can cope with stressful events in a more productive way and maybe avoid suffering from depression.
